These vehicles are equipped with the Siemens SID212 and SID212EVO ECU, which until recently was locked and untunable. But now, we’ve cracked the code—literally. Our team has developed a reliable solution that allows us to safely tune these ECUs for better power, torque, and driveability. This also means that we have solutions for EGR, DPF and AdBlue for the 2.0L Bi-Turbo Ford diesel engine.

How It Works

1. Drop off your vehicle at our Taupo workshop

To perform this advanced tuning service, we need your vehicle on-site for two days.

2. Replace the ECU with an unlocked ECU

The Siemens SID212 EVO ECU of the 2019+ 2.0L Bi-Turbo Ford vehicles have been locked, and there has not been the option to tune them. Now we are able to unlock the ECU, but the process to unlock the ECU is long, so instead we swap your ECU with one of our already unlocked ECUs.

3. Custom Dyno Tune

We always customise the tune to fit your needs, and it will be thoroughly tested on our in-house 4wd dyno so you can see measurable gains.
